How do I get Technical Support?

Technical support is offered for free for 30 days on every product and service we provide.

All enquiries for support only need a support ticket to be raised here with as much information entered as possible, including a description of the problem, any usernames and passwords that will be required and if you have it, a pasted copy of the receipt for your original purchase.
